Diligently and Naturally

- Rather than pushing lucrative products that you want to sell, provide customers what they want at the demanded timing.

- Instead of complaining that the customers do not buy from you,  regret that you are not able to offer their products and services that satisfy your customers.

- Instead of pursuing only short-term profits,  do your best to achieve lasting relationship with your customers.

From the point of view of the consumers, these are "taken for granted" as a trusted company.

However, when you are looking at making profit as a company only, those becomes invisible. Corporate management is vulnerable if managements lose sight of those  "taken for granted" things.

In order for companies to survive in the future it is very important to keep plugging away and doing things for customers.
