The tear-apart bread served at the Ukrainian restaurant 'Zhyto' is made from scratch. When you tell people that bread is handmade, many Japanese people are surprised. In Ukraine, many people make their own bread at home. Conversely, many Ukrainians may be surprised and ask, "What? Japanese people think bread is to buy in stores?"
