March 2023 7th issue: Increase satisfaction of existing customers
There are two things you can do to increase sales in your business. One is to increase the satisfaction of existing customers, and the other is to increase new customers. Keeping existing customers happy is a priority. Don't just chase new customers and neglect to deal with existing customers. It is important for managers to take steps to ensure that they are able to respond politely to both existing customers and new customers so that they do not make a mistake in their priorities.
