March 2023: Companies make a difference in troubleshooting
When trouble occurs, the evaluation of a company changes greatly depending on how it responds. If troubles are handled quickly and accurately, customer dissatisfaction will be easily resolved, and in fact, customer favorability will increase. Conversely, slow and inconsistent handling of issues and neglect of customers can easily lead to customer dissatisfaction, leading to reputational damage, loss of business, and, in some cases, negative publicity.
